My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in the present. These challenges may show up as sadness, depression, anxiety, feeling alone, grief or pre-grief, or lack of interest in things which used to bring you joy.

   GRIEF and LOSS   

Experiencing grief and loss, although a natural part of our being, can be a difficult transitional period in our life. Whether it's a loss of a loved one, an end of a relationship, divorce, or any life transition (i.e. loss of a job or relocating), you may experience some of the following: sadness, anxiety, lack of interest, loneliness and isolation, anger, etc. You don't have to go through this alone. It takes time to heal and come to a resolve, and I'm here to support you through this difficult, life changing journey.
